Both Marcel & Victor have created this labor of love out of many years of  hospitality industry experience

Marcel & Victor have been sharing life's journey since 1983

Marcel is the chef. He is originally from the Gaspé area of Canada. His Acadian heritage is reflected in his cuisine. Formally trained at L'Institut d'Hôtellerie du Québec at Fort Prével, PQ. The eclectic menu Marcel prepares is mostly French cuisine with a Cajun flair.  Marcel is multi-talented and along with his culinary expertise you will find his talents displayed throughout the establishment as most of the extensive renovations were by his & Victor's hands and many of the interior decorating is of Marcel's creativity. You might even catch him playing the accordion on a whim!

Victor Dupuis BA, HON., psy/soc

Raised in a small bilingual town on Georgian Bay, north of Toronto, Victor moved to the Nation's Capital  and  graduated Cum Laude after four years at the University of Ottawa. Victor spent the next 10 years working with developmentally delayed adults in group homes all the while establishing this B&B/Tea Room with Marcel. Now totally devoted to this venture Victor will try his utmost to make you feel at home however long or short your stay.
