Cancellation & House Policy for all overnight bookings :  Fifty percent non-refundable rental cost to be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation booking.  The balance of the cost will be charged to the credit card 14 days prior to the arrival date.  Notice of cancellation must be received by 4 pm, 14 day prior to the arrival date.   If the party fails to cancel a reservation 14 days prior to the arrival date, the full  fee will be charged to the credit card
