Cancellation Policy:
For all rooms booked, 14 days notice of cancellation is required prior to arrival for refund.
A $20 administration charge applies to all cancellations.
A deposit of 50% may be required upon booking.  
For "packages" the 50% deposit is forfeited upon cancellation.
"No Shows" will be charged the full amount.
